Welcome to 4pandas! Here is everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery process. Our goal is to ensure your orders reach you quickly and efficiently with the help of our trusted delivery partner, Ninja Van.
1. Delivery Service
All orders are fulfilled and delivered through Ninja Van, ensuring a reliable and seamless shipping experience.
2. Delivery Schedule
Delivery Timeline: Ninja Van typically delivers orders within 1-2 business days after dispatch.
No Deliveries On: Weekends and public holidays.
3. Delivery Fees
Orders Below $30: A delivery fee of $5 applies.
Orders $30 and Above: Free delivery is provided.
4. Delivery Areas
We deliver to all locations within Singapore except for restricted areas, such as: Airports, Military Camps, Off Shore Islands & Hotels.
5. Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete during checkout.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
6. Delivery Notifications
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification from Ninja Van with tracking details to monitor your parcel’s journey.
7. Inspection Upon Delivery
We recommend inspecting your order upon delivery. If there are any issues such as damages or missing items, please contact us within 7 days with photographic or video evidence.
8. Non-Delivery and Refunds
If your order has not been delivered within 7 days of dispatch, please contact us at 4pandassg@gmail.com.
Refunds for non-delivery will be processed after investigation with Ninja Van.
9. Changes to Shipping & Delivery Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
